About

I studied at the Kent Institute of Art and Design where I gained a BTEC Product Design and a BA (hons) 3D Design. For the last 15 years I have been a Design and Technology Teacher. Unfortunately due to me being diagnosed with a chronic illness I was forced to give up my teaching career. Due to a long journey and battle with my illness I have been inspired to set up my own business and use my skills. This has ignited my passion for designing, making and a strong belief in craftsmanship.

I love the outdoors and its contrast of materials. I have been strongly influenced by the Bauhaus and, in contrast, the arts and crafts movement. Above all I believe that function, craftsmanship and the materials are enough to make something beautiful and unique.
